RETURNS

Our items have been carefully crafted to bring you complete satisfaction.

If, however, you change your mind, you have a reflection period of 15 days from receipt of your items to return them and request a refund.

Please note: We only refund products whose packages have not been opened.

However, you will be responsible for the return costs.

REFUND

If within three weeks of shipping your product, you have still not received it, we will reimburse you.

We will also reimburse you for the cost of the Chronopost service if you have still not received your product within three days of its shipment.

Please note: As soon as the tracking of your order indicates that it has been delivered to you, it is not possible for us to reimburse you.

If applicable, we invite you to file a complaint with the carrier, which we do systematically, so that a thorough investigation can be conducted.
